Jaggery Organic

Organic Jaggery is a traditional non-centrifugal cane sugar consumed in most parts of Asian sub continent and America. The product is a concentration of date, cane juice, or palm sap without separation of the molasses and crystals. The product varies from golden brown to dark brown in color. The Jaggery contains up to 50% sucrose, up to 20% invert sugars, and up to 20% moisture. The remaining part is made from insoluble matter, as like wood ash, proteins, and bagasse fibres.
