Boiled Rice Superior (Barik)

Boiled Rice Barik is kept in a large saucepan as to make them healthy for consumption. The rice has a great taste and is loved by all sections of people. It is important to keep water bubbling as you stir in 8 oz. of rice and 2 teaspoon salt. The boiled rice is uncovered for 15-20 minutes till the rice is tender as the topping pan is up with boiling water as its level reduces. The method is suitable for long or medium grain, white or polished rice.
