KiranaSaman.com is known for its hassle free Return Policy. For any valid reason if you are in no need of the item, we will help you in taking it back.

COD Payments:

If the payment is made through Cash On Delivery option and the product is returned during the delivery, the customer can pay the amount by deducting the product price from the bill total. If any processing fee is applicable then the customer will end up in paying it. If it is returned anytime other than the delivery, you will get a cash refund or store credit based on the current prices of the item.

Web Payments:

Upon receiving the returned product, as per the customer choice the refund amount will be credited back to the mode of payment which might take  10 business days or it will be transferred to your KiranaSaman Wallet which can be used for your next purchase.
